  8. Siapkan 1/2 sdt vanila cair.
  9. Kamu Butuh Bahan kering.
  10. Kamu Butuh 100 gr tepung terigu.
  11. Kamu Butuh 35 gr coklat bubuk (me : tulip).
  12. Siapkan Sejumput garam.

  1. Lelehkan coklat, mentega, dan minyak goreng. Sisihkan..
  2. Mixer telur dan gula dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga pucat dan gula benar2 larut. Tambahkan vanili aduk hingga rata.
  3. Masukkan coklat leleh 3 tahap dan aduk dengan wisk, hingga tercampur rata..
  4. Aduk tepung, coklat dan garam. Masukkan perlahan ke adonan telur..
  5. Olesi cetakan dengan margarin dan kertas roti. Tuang adonan dan beri topping sesuai selera. Diamkan disuhu ruang +- 15 menit. Sambil menunggu oven panas..
  6. Panggang dengan oven yang sudah dipanaskan sblmnya. 180°C selama 50 menit, api bawah..
  7. Setelah matang, angkat dan dinginkan. Baru bisa di potong ya. 😉.
