Thom Hartman of Big Pictures converses with the founder and president of the National Iranian American Council, Dr. Trita Parsi. They are talking about the attitude of Trump on the Iran Nuclear deal. The major issue in all this discussion is that what would be the geopolitical effects if the US withdraws of the deal.
Over the last eight years, the Obama administration arguably made a single most consequential foreign policy decision, the decision to reach a nuclear deal with Iran. Trump is anxious that the deal is one of the worst deals ever made by any country in history and he is promised to dismantle it once he takes office his words. Trump has had a more uncertain position. At one time he said he will dismantle the Iran deal, but he is also said that he would be open to renegotiating it to get better terms for US.
