This two part drama-documentary try to show what it is like to exist through nuclear explosion. This is the story of ever use weapon of mass destruction. From the test explosion to the dropping of the bomb, the action takes viewers into the room where critical political decisions are made; on plank the Enola Gay; inside the bomb as it bursts; and on the streets of Hiroshima.

In the Potsdam Declaration, the United States together with the United Kingdom and Republic of China called for a surrender of Japan. But this ultimatum was disregarded by the Japanese government. On Monday 6-August-1945, the US dropped the nuclear weapon ‘Little Boy’ on the city of Hiroshima and then on 9-August ‘Fat Man’ over Nagasaki, by the executive order of President Harry S. Truman. These two events are the only active implementations of nuclear weapons in war.
