Henry Kravis is considered an icon in the World of finance. He is an American billionaire and co-founder of private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR). He gives high value to privacy and don’t appear himself in any program. For gaining Kravis insight, the filmmakers interviewed business tycoons and prominent persons of Wall Street.

Kravis was born in a rich family. His father was a petroleum engineer and his successes replicated in Kravis. He studied economics and in sixties moved to New York where he study finance and registered in Columbia’s MBA program. Kravis undertaken a position with Bear Stearns together with his cousin George Roberts, where they started making deals known as “bootstrapping” nowadays known as leveraged buyouts.

Kravis and Robert left Bear Stearns in the mid of seventies and for establishing their own firm, KKR investment, they make mentorship with Jerry Kohlberg. The film deeply focuses on Kravis reputation as a slyness businessman and financial tycoon and contains only a partial view of his personality and personal life.
